1. Go to the movies (I especially recommend Tetro!)
2. Get yourself a healing crystal and rub it when you need support or positive energy. (Fluroite, Amethyst, or Selenite preferably.) They help with emotional healing.

4. See if you can scrounge up some calming pills like tranquilizers or pain killers, just don't consume them all at once! They'll help you stop fixating on the pain and help you sleep.
5. Smoke ganja, it remedies all.
6. Share with your friends and listen to their wisdom. Try to take strength from their past heart break. Everyone has had these experiences, and everyone always triumphs in the end despite the feelings of never ending despair.
7. Listen to songs that relate heartbreak in a way you can relate to. It always help to be reminded that you're not the only one who has been emotionally broken at one time or another.
8. Movement. Do yoga, spend time outdoors, breath in fresh air and indulge your body in any way it likes.
9. Watch Gossip Girl or something equally silly and distract yourself with someone elses tumultuous love affairs.
10. Drink green tea, it is soothing and it makes your body feel good to consume antioxidants.
11. Think of the weight you lose from your loss of appetite as a small but pleasant consolation prize.
12. Dress a little sexy, just to remind yourself that you are beautiful and attractive. These past few days I have been dressing like a bag lady, today I actually put an outfit together and I feel so much more self confident and sexy.
13. The most important thing is to lean on your friends, that is what they are good for. You would be happy to do the same for them.
